The Town Board has scheduled a Public Hearing on June 7, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of discussing a proposed lease of Town lands, SBL #s 76.1-3-17and 69.3-2-37 to Homeland Towers LLC for construction, maintenance and marketing of two cell towers to provide internet and cell service to the Town of Rochester residents and emergency service communications capacity.
