Reminders
1. The second public informational meeting on the proposed revisions to the Subdivision Law, Zoning Map and Schedule of Uses will be held on Monday, April 16th at 6:30 at the Rochester Firehouse #2 on Samsonville Road. Even if you don't have a chance to read the materials beforehand, the Power Point Presentation will get you up to speed. The large scale maps will let you see how your property will be zoned.
2. Earth Day Cleanup is coming up on the 21st and 28th of this month. Sign up now with the Youth Center and use this opportunity to clean up your road.
New Items on the Website.
Power Point Presentatiion on the "Condominium Tax Loophole". Find out how this loophole could end up increasing your taxes and what can be done about it.
Veteran's Memorial Database -- The names presently available to the Town for this database are now listed on the website. Look at Set 1 and see if you know anyone from WW I or WW II, who you might have additional information on. Look at Set 2 and see who is presently listed for other wars. Add information (by email or at the Town Clerk's office).
