Notice Concerning The Examination of Assessment Inventory and Valuation Data (Pursuant to Sec. 501 of the Real Property Tax Law) Notice is Hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review. This data is the information that will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel to appear on the tentative assessment roll of the Town of Rochester to be filed on or before May 2, 2005. The information may be reviewed by appointment, in the Assessors Office at Town Hall, 50 Scenic Road, Accord NY. Office hours are 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
