Public Hearings: Ethics Law amendment and Real Property Exemptions

LEGAL NOTICE:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Rochester will hold a continuation of a public hearing on June 2, 2005 at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall re: proposed loacal law #1 of 2005 amending Section 17, Code of Ethics. This will be followed immediately with a public hearing for proposed local law #2, granting a real property tax exemption for living quarters for parent or grandparent. The Town Board Meeting will immediately follow.
