Public Notice:Bids for Fire Department Surplus Apparatus Vehicles

The Board of Fire Commissioners of the Accord Fire District, Accord, NY are currently accepting sealed bids for three surplus apparatus vehicles. Vehicle one is a 1977 Ford, 750 gpm, VIN# being F25FVY11787, Vehicle two is a 1970 Chevy, 1250 gpm, VIN# being CE630PI60B94. Vehicle three is a 1983 American LaFrance, 1500 gpm, VIN# being 1AFAC1185D1A7659 Bids on such items will be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Accord Fire District, c/o Lori Kazmarick, District Secretary, PO Box 163, Accord NY 12404 or hand delivered prior to August 3, 2005, by 7:30 pm. Each bid shall bear the face thereof, the name and address of the bidder and must also designate "Bid for Surplus Apparatus." All will be publicly read
aloud at the regular meeting held by the Board of Commissioners of the Accord Fire District on August 3, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Accord Fire House, 22 Main Street, Accord, NY 12404 All surplus apparatus will be sold "as is." All vehicles are contingent upon delivery of new apparatus.
