LEGAL NOTICE:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of The Town of Rochester will
hold a continuation of a public hearing on August 4, 2005 at 7:00pm at
the Town Hall re: proposed local law #3 of 2005 amending Chapter 140,
Article IX of the code of the Town Of Rochester re: Site Plan Procedure.
The Town Board Meeting will immediately follow.
