NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Board of the Town of Rochester will hold public hearing on the 18th day of October 2005, commencing at 7:00 PM, at the Town Hall, 50 Scenic Drive, Accord, NY, on the following Applications:
Paul Pacht, Special Use Permit for 2 family dwelling, Queens Highway, Tax map #68.3-2-54, R-1 district
Eric Gilles, Subdivision Approval for lot line adjustment in Quite Mountain Estates, lots 5 & 11, Stillerberg Strada, Kerhonkson, Tax Map #s 67-3-5 & 25
The above noted applications and maps are open for inspection at the offices of the Planning Board and Town Clerk, Accord, NY.
Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
Should this meeting be canceled, the public hearing will be held by the Panning Board at a date to be determined.”
