“NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Rochester will hold a public hearing on the 9th day of November 2005, commencing at 7:30PM, at the Town Hall, 50 Scenic Drive, Accord, NY, on Application by Captain Omnipotent, c/o Victorian Builders, needs 35’ Front , 25’ Rear, and 20’ Side Yard Area Variances for warehouse storage on existing manufacturing business, Old Mine Road, Tax Map #76.10-1-9.2, ‘I’ District of the Town of Rochester.
The above noted application and map are open for inspection at the offices of the Zoning Board of Appeals and Town Clerk, Accord, NY.”
