Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of the Town of Rochester will hold a public hearing on the 15th day of November 2005, commencing at 7:00 p.m., at the Town Hall, 50 Scenic Drive, Accord, NY on the following applications: Karen Hof & Michael Russ, Subdivision approval for 2 lots, Queens Highway, Accord, Tax Map # 60.4-2-1.100, A District The above noted applications and maps are open for inspection at the offices of the Planning Board and Town Clerk, Accord, NY. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Should this meeting be canceled, the public hearing will be held by the Planning Board at a date to be determined."
