	LEGAL NOTICE; PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Rochester will hold a public hearing on 1/18/06 at 7:00 PM at the Accord Town Hall re: a proposed temporary Moratorium on Development within the Town. All interested persons will be heard. BY ORDER OF THE TOWN BOARD A copy of the proposal is available on the Town Website www.townofrochester.net under the Supevisor's page.
