	The Town Board of the Town of Rochester will hold a second public hearing on 2/2/06 at 7:00 PM at the Accord Town Hall re: a proposed temporary Moratorium on Development within the Town. All interested persons will be heard. Information on the Moratorium can be found on the Town website
