Public Notice: Planning Board, Special Use Permit Public Hearing

“NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Board of the Town of Rochester will hold public hearing on the 21st day of March 2006, commencing at 7:00 PM, at the Town Hall, 50 Scenic Drive, Accord, NY, on the following Applications:
Mombaccus Excavating, c/o Keith Kortright, Special Use Permit for Proposed addition of service Road and water line to access water well on adjacent parcel. The new facilities will be used in connection with the existing sand and gravel mine, Rochester Center Road, Fischer Road, Tax Map #68.3-3-2, R-1 District
The above noted applications and maps are open for inspection at the offices of the Planning Board and Town Clerk, Accord, NY.
Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
Should this meeting be canceled, the public hearing will be held by the Panning Board at a date to be determined.”
