IF YOU WISH TO FILE A TAX GRIEVANCE, THESE APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE ASSESSOR'S OFFICE NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, MAY 23. IF YOU WISH TO MEET WITH THE BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW, PLEASE SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT THROUGH THE ASSESSOR'S OFFICE. YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE AFTER MAY 23RD, HOWEVER THE APPLICATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE 23RD.

THE OFFICIAL PUBLIC NOTICE ON COMPLETION OF THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOLLOWS:
"Notice is hereby given that the assessor of the Town of Rochester, County of Ulster, has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with the assessor at Rochester Town Hall, 50 Scenic Road, Accord, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the fourth Tuesday in May.
The assessor will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM -11:00 AM and 1:00 PM -3:00 PM. Additional hours: Saturday, May 20th from 9 AM - 1PM and Wednesday May 10th & 17th from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
The Board of Assessment Review will meet between the hours of 9 AM and 9 PM by appointment in said Town, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the written application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
