· William Jansen, +/-15â Area Variance for side yard setback for garage, 4 Rondout Lane, Tax Map#77.1-4-1, R-1 District
The above noted applications and maps are open for inspection at the offices of the Zoning Board of Appeals and Town Clerk, Accord, NY.”
