Public Hearing to Modify Fire Prevention and Building Construction Code
The Town Board has scheduled a Public Hearing prior to the next Town Board Meeting (March 1 @ 7 PM) to amend Chapter 78 (Fire Prevention and Building Construction) to include Fire Safety and Property Maintenance Inspections.

All Towns and Municipalities in the State of New York are required to amend their building codes to include new fire protection and property maintenance inspections.
