Please take notice that on 3/1/2007, the Town of Rochester Town Board adopted resolution #51 of 2007 authorizing the Town to transfer .119 +/- acre parcel of land along the former Rochester Center Road (Queens Hwy.) to Stuart & Claudia F. Warshawer.
