NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Town Law, the Planning Board
of the Town of Rochester, will hold a public hearing at its meeting on the 17th
day of April 2007, commencing at 7:00PM, at the Town Hall, at 50 Scenic Road, Accord, NY, on the following matter:
Application by:
· Waltraut Cadigan, c/o Cedar Ridge Development Corp, Special Use Permit for manufacturing stone countertops, 2,500 sf work space and storage, and 500 sf office and show room space, 11 & 15 Tow Path Road, Tax Map #77.9-1-24.2, Hamlet District
The above noted application and map are open for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office and Planning Board Office, Accord, NY.
Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
In the event this meeting is canceled, the above noted public hearing will be held at a date to be determined, at the Town Hall, Accord, NY.

· Charles & Sandra Randall, +/-28’ Area Variance for insufficient lot width, 1971 Berme Road, Tax Map #76.4-2-28.230, R-1 & ‘F’ District.
The above noted application and map are open for inspection at the offices of the Zoning Board of Appeals and Town Clerk, Accord, NY.”
