Public Notice: Lease for Cell Tower Public Hearing

A copy of the Lease which will be reviewed as part of the Cell Tower Public Hearing is available on the Town website.
The Town Board has scheduled a Public Hearing on June 7, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of discussing a proposed lease of Town lands, SBL #s 76.1-3-17and 69.3-2-37 to Homeland Towers LLC for construction, maintenance and marketing of two cell towers to provide internet and cell service to the Town of Rochester residents and emergency service communications capacity. The Hearing will be held in the Accord Fire Hall.
