Public Hearing was held for Ledge View Properties, LLC c/o Frank Dunn for a lot-line adjustment between lots 13 and 14 in the former Sahler Mill Estates Subdivision, off Sundale Road. There were no comments. Conditional Preliminary Approval was granted followed by Conditional Final Approval (seeing as applicant had already fulfilled requirements for CPA)
Public Hearing for Taroh Holding, c/o Medenbach & Eggers for a three-lot subdivision of an Industrial Zone at Old Mine Road was postponed as neither applicant nor representatives appeared.
A three month time extension of a Conditional Preliminary Approval for VanBorkulo subdivision c/o Taconic Designs for 6-lot subdivision at Millbrook Lane was requested by applicant and granted by the Planning Board.
A new application presentation for Frank Kortright Excavation, Inc. for a Special Use Permit for renewal of NYSDEC Mining Permit was postponed due to insufficient documentation.
A new application presentation was made by Alfonso Pinto for a Special Use Permit for a Bed & Breakfast w/Yoga Studio proposed for Stillerberg Strada. The Planning Board went over the plans presented and offered suggestions how to best meet Code/NYS law requirements. There was some question as to a separate entrance proposed which is not allowed.
A new application presentation was made by Waltraut Cadigan c/o Cedar Ridge Development Corp. for a Special Use Permit to allow for manufacture of stone countertops w/2,500 sq.fts of workspace and storage and 500 sq.ft. of office space and show room at Tow Path Road in the Hamlet of Accord. The Planning Board discussed the plan and offered comments. The impact of noise was discussed as per mitigating same through soundproofing of work area.
